Happy Birthday, Amalthea!!

OK, everyone, today is a special day for one of our valued regular patrons, Amalthea, a resident of New Mexico, which I have to say does have some stunning scenery!!

After the crocked cooker etc. I hope Amalthea can get some nice time to herself on her special day.
Mind you, the time difference gives me a few extra hours to prepare everything. I have to make sure the cake is just right!!

And we can’t have a birthday party without balloons!! 😁

So, everything is set and it’s time to blow out those candles and make a wish.
And we wish you nothing less than a wonderful birthday, Amalthea!!
