How Well Do You Sleep?
From what posters have said on the threads, I think the majority of us are bad sleepers, and I do envy people like Taff whose head hits the pillow and that is it. An earthquake wouldn’t wake him!!
Sleep is something we all need, but how well do you sleep? It's years since I have had a good night's sleep, I always wake up a few times in the night.
My brain comes alive at about 3 am and makes me think of really stupid things.
What do you do to try and sleep? Count sheep, count backwards, read a book or play on your tablet? Whatever you do, I bet it don't work. Some people get up and make a cuppa. I lay there and get really cross with myself !!
Ok, what can we do to ensure a good nights sleep, here are some suggestions, but don’t take this as gospel .
On the off chance you get a good nights sleep, do you need an alarm clock to wake you up or are you like this?
