Well, today is Hug your cat day, and I am the Corner Cafe cat, so where are my hugs??

This day is celebrated every year on 4th June and I think it’s a wonderful idea. If you haven't got a cat just go hug somebody else’s.  But be gentle so the cat will appreciate it, and don't let kids just pick them up and hug them. !

 There are a lot of reasons to hug your cat, and although cats can be very aloof and loners, they do provide unconditional love through good and bad times and are always there for you.  My first cat I had when I lived on my own knew more about me than anybody, and was always there when I was upset over fellows or ill. 

So go put your feet up, let your cat get on your lap and give him/her a great big hug cos your friends will come and go, but your cat will be there to cuddle when needed.

Ok, go grab your cat and give it the biggest hug you can without hurting it.
