Classic TV Adverts
We all remember having to sit through adverts on the tele and no doubt we can remember a lot of the catchphrases from them as well.
I can’t honestly say I was ever influenced the ads of any sort, and I certainly didn’t rush out and buy the latest thing advertised on the tele.
Nothing beats a nice KitKat but it has to be fresh.
Some of the catchphrases are still used today, and again, that is something you don’t get with modern-day adverts.
This slogan has been around for years.
If your grandfather hadn't worn it, you wouldn't exist.
Many of the old TV ads were classic, unlike the modern ones which I doubt many actually understand. I am just grateful we can flick through the ads now and not have to waste time watching them.
For mash get smash. Disgusting stuff and never seen a spud in its life, but was very popular in its day. Brilliant ad though!
Now hands that do dishes can feel as soft as your face!
The red ones made good lipstick !
